Introduction of Bonded NdFeB Magnet

    The Bonded NdFeB magnet is made by mixing binder and magnetic powder according to proportion, the production process is compression molding, magnetic features are as follows:

1)High precision: The required precision is obtained after one-shot molding, without further process    

2)Excellent magnetic properties: The Max. energy product is three times as large as  anisotropic ferrite magnet, the intrinsic coercive force is high. During the large-scale production, the magnetic properties are stable and the conformity is good.    

3)Good corrosion-resistance and nice surface, the product is coated with resin or Parylene, the anticorrosion is very good, and the surface is smooth, clean and nice-looking, without bubble, crack, strip-off and chip.

4)Various complex shapes and different modes of magnetization。

The products arewidely used in micro-motor, automobile industry, office automation, homeappliance, digital products, instrument, magnetic therapy and other fields.

Introduction of Polymer Coating

    Polymer coating is a contraction of "high density polymer resin coating". Similar to Japanese traditional URUSHI coating, the product is coated and dried many times, with super multi layer and high density without a pin-hole. This structure gives the advantages in electric insulation, rust resistance and adhesion.  Polymer coating is halogen-free and environmental friendly, also with many colors.
